The Boston Terrier is a breed of dog originating in the United States of America. This “American Gentleman” was accepted in 1893 by the American Kennel Club as a non-sporting breed.

Painted Bostons is named after my mare Painted Lady – the same with my email address.   She’s my Heart horse!!              We ONLY have AKC Standard Traditional Boston Terriers.

Originating locally in the city of Boston for dog fighting, the Boston Terrier has since been bred for companionship. Friendly and outgoing, this breed is an excellent small dog for a family.  The Boston is able to play with the children in the yard, yet still maintains a compact size. The breed’s smooth coat makes grooming a breeze.

We are located in South Louisiana. I have been breeding boston terriers for about 10 years now. I purchased my first
boston in 2001 and have them ever since. My boston terriers are family raised. All puppies are raised in my home with
lots of socialization and attention. We live on about 4 acres so our boston terriers have plenty of play room. They are all
spoiled rotten and all have unique personalities

My Husband and i are both retired  and we love our days and nights with our Bostons, there is nothing like it in the world to us . They are truly our babies and we enjoy every minute that we get  to spend  watching them play and clown around .  We love to see our babies go to good loving homes .

We live on a 30 acre farm right across the Louisiana line in the edge of Mississippi where our Bostons have plenty of space to run and play .

We have been showing and breeding champion Boston Terriers since 1973. We have puppies and adult dogs occasionally to qualified homes. We are not a kennel, but have a loving home environment for our dogs. None of our dogs eat commercial dog food, they all eat my own home cooking with supplements (more info here). T~Bo  Kennels, Reg, established in 1995 as a small hobby kennel with specific interest of breeding/showing BostonTerriers. T-Bo Boston’s, has an extremely high standard for our breeding program, while there is no perfect dog, we breed very selectively to meet the BTCA Standard  not only for the breeding program but for the show ring!! The Boston Terrier Standard was developed to give breeders a description of the ideal Boston.  By breeding to the standard, we are ensuring that future generations will continue to look like Boston Terriers, which makes themstand apart. We have currently bred over 50 champions that are and have been owned/co-owned and by otherowners-of which several are multiple All Breed Best in Show,Breed, Groups and Best in Specialty winners in both the United States and over in Europe. T~Bo’s goal is to continually strive for excellence in heath by health testing, conformation, and for temperament of which we feel is all very important to our breed the Boston Terrier.  Our dogs are all health tested for the following: OFA Patella’s, BAER, CERF, DM and JC DNA.

My husbands name is Bernie and I am Lisa Kanuck, we thought it was pretty clever our kids came up with our name BER-ISAS. Ber short for Bernie and isa’s short for Lisa’s put it together we have Ber-isa’s. We liked it so much we kept it.

At Forever Bostons all our dogs are raised in family homes. They are in a loving environment and are pets first. Some of our dogs are placed in guardian homes. At this time we are only doing a couple of litters a year. It is highly recommended that you get your name on a wait list with the dam and sire you want.

We do not breed show dogs, or dogs with exaggerated huge heads and very short noses. Experience has taught us these types of Bostons are more hyper with more breathing problems and aggression (they have that look at me attitude for the ring that makes them stand out and win ribbons. A calm easy going dog does not stand out in the show ring and gets over looked). As we are not breeding for the exaggerated looks or ribbons, we do not own any show lines anymore.

I have been involved with, what I like to call, “The Best Breed on the Planet”, for over 20 years. Boston Terriers are truly a labor of love for me. I owe my appreciation of this breed to my mother.

I have been exclusively exhibiting and breeding Bostons on my own for the past 8 years. I have met some amazing friends/clients along the way and am very happy to say that we have developed wonderful relationships. I currently co-own many of our show dogs with them.

We are your classic American family of five and not professional breeders. After bringing Sophie and then Neil Diamond into our home, we loved them so much that we thought it would be fun to try having a litter due to their sweet nature. It also helped that our friends and family egged us on to have puppies.

Our first litter of six was born early in the morning on July 1, 2016, while our second litter of three boys was born on December 31, 2016. All nine puppies were perfectly healthy and the very definition of cuteness!

My love for the Boston Terrier  started over 20 yrs ago with a little female named Midge.I looked at this beautiful little girl
and fell in love with her. She was my constant companion for over 13 yrs. I will never be able to replace the love that she gave
to me. Midge passed away in the fall of 2004 but will always have first place in my heart. She was the first Boston to come
into our new home in 2005 and has a place of honor on the mantel of our fireplace. I
have lost many of my sweet babies over the years but Midge, Sassy and Little T hold a very
special place in my heart.

WyNot Bostons is located in southeast Wyoming near the small town of Wheatland, nestled near the beautiful Laramie Range.  I have had dogs and other animals all my life.  Our 3 children grew up very  involved in showing sheep, llamas, goats, cattle, rabbits, chickens, and especially horses and dogs. Through the years we have had a variety of herding dogs, Terriers, Boxers, and Chihuahuas, along with several rescue dogs mostly mixed breeds.  My interest settled on Boston Terriers though I still have German Shepherds.  I love the temperament, physical ability, and trainability of the Boston.  They are avid participants in breed ring, obedience, and agility.  My goal is to produce the all-around, physically and mentally sound Boston, capable of performing in a variety of ways.

My home is in Houston where Oui Boston Terriers was established in 1979. Champion Boston Terrier stud service is offered to approved bitches. Retired adults & puppies offered occasionally to companion pet and show homes. ALL pets are sold with a spay/neuter limited registration agreement contract.
